Bell Curve
Work hard. Roll anyway.
A turned dish whose surface is the bell curve, upside down, and a steel ball. Roll it round the EXCEEDS rim as hard as you like. It always ends up in MEETS EXPECTATIONS, right where it says YOU. The chart is lasered round the side, in case anyone asks how normalisation works.
Pre-order: nothing is charged today. The first batch is being made in Channapatna, and we write to you with a payment link when your piece is ready.

Details
About 3 cm tall. Hand-turned ivory wood (hale mara), friction-applied lac colour, laser-marked. Made in Channapatna, Karnataka. Decorative object for adults, not a toy; not for children under 14. Comes in a kraft box with the story sleeve and a made-by card.
Care
Wipe with a dry, soft cloth. Keep out of direct sun and away from water; lac colour is natural and will fade if it lives on a windowsill. No polish needed, ever.

Bell Curve in 3D.
The same model our photos are rendered from. Turn it over, look under it, and try the one thing it does.
Getting it ready…
Work hard.
Roll anyway.
It always lands in MEETS. Always.
How it’s made. One turned dish with a Gaussian profile cut by template. Concentric lac bands. A steel ball. Lasered rim and chart.
“You did great. The curve didn’t.”
For appraisal season.
You shipped three launches and fixed the build. The ball does not care. Roll it, watch it settle, and feel strangely calm about your rating.
