Delegation
Open the CEO. Find who actually did the work.
Four nesting dolls. The CEO (vision) opens to the Manager (alignment), who opens to the Engineer (prompts), who opens to the Intern (copy-paste). Inside the Intern sits a tiny orange bead with a spark on it. That one did the work. Each doll is a hollow turned shell with a sparrow’s colours on its head: chestnut crown, black bib.

Details
About 9 cm tall. Hand-turned ivory wood (hale mara), friction-applied lac colour, laser-marked. Made in Channapatna, Karnataka. Decorative object for adults, not a toy; not for children under 14. Comes in a kraft box with the story sleeve and a made-by card.
Care
Wipe with a dry, soft cloth. Keep out of direct sun and away from water; lac colour is natural and will fade if it lives on a windowsill. No polish needed, ever.

Delegation in 3D.
The same model our photos are rendered from. Turn it over, look under it, and try the one thing it does.

Getting it ready…
Keep opening.
Find who did it.
Four layers of credit, one bead of work.
How it’s made. Four hollow shells turned to nest, split at the waist. Painted faces, turned beaks and feet. Roles lasered.
“Let’s circle back on who did this.”
For anyone who has seen an org chart.
Every layer takes a little credit and passes the work down. Twist open the CEO and keep going until you reach the bead. Put it back the other way round on review day.

- Special talent
- Taking credit, at four sizes.
- Feels at home
- On the manager’s desk, as a hint.
- Know someone?
- Your skip-level, if you are brave.
