Short version: the first batch is still being made. Reserve now, pay later, and we tell you before anything ships.
How pre-orders work
- Reserve: choose your pieces and share your contact details. Nothing is charged and no card details are asked for.
- We make: every piece is hand-turned in Channapatna, so dates depend on the makers. We email you if our estimate moves.
- We write to you: when your pieces are ready, we send a payment link and ask for your delivery address.
- You decide: pay and we ship; or cancel with a reply to our email. A reservation is not a purchase and carries no obligation to buy.
Shipping
- Where: anywhere in India with a PIN code. International shipping is not available yet; write to us if you want it.
- Cost and timing: confirmed in the email we send when your pieces are ready. Each piece is checked and packed by hand before it goes.
- Tracking: emailed to you the moment your parcel is picked up.
Damaged in transit
Wood is sturdy; couriers are not always. If your piece arrives chipped, cracked or otherwise not as it should be, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the piece and the box, and we will make it right.
Changed your mind
After you have paid, you can return an unused piece in its original box within 7 days of delivery. Write to us first so we can arrange the pickup. Because every piece is hand-turned, small differences in grain, colour and finish are part of the object, not defects.
Gifts
Add a gift note when you reserve and we include it, handwritten, with prices left off the packing slip.
