Reserve your chosen pieces and share your contact details; nothing is charged and no card details are requested. When pieces are ready, we email a payment link, ask for your delivery address and confirm shipping cost and timing, so you can decide whether to pay or cancel by replying.
This guide follows the current pre-orders, shipping and returns policy. That page is the policy source. A reservation is not a purchase and carries no obligation to buy.
1. Choose what you want to reserve
Look through the collection and open the product pages for the details you need. Token Maxxer, for example, has its own listed price, approximate height and intended use. Choose the quantity you want before submitting your reservation.
The reservation form asks for contact details so we can write to you about the pieces. It does not ask for payment details. You are recording interest in a piece from the first batch, not paying for an item ready to leave today.
If the piece is a gift, add the gift note when you reserve. The policy says it will be included handwritten, with prices left off the packing slip.
2. The pieces are made
Collection 01 is hand-turned in Channapatna. The policy says dates depend on the makers and that we email you if our estimate moves. Our craft page explains the wood, lac colour and laser marking involved.
There is no fixed shipping speed or arrival date promised here. If you need a piece for a birthday, visit or company event, do not treat the reservation as a guaranteed delivery booking.
For a team enquiry, write to [email protected] with the quantity and when you need the pieces, as the gifting page requests. An enquiry is a chance to check feasibility, not a bulk delivery promise.
3. We write when the pieces are ready
We send a payment link and ask for your delivery address. Shipping cost and timing are confirmed in that email. You can then decide whether to proceed with the purchase.
The policy offers two choices: pay and the pieces are shipped, or cancel by replying to the email. You are not obliged to buy because you reserved earlier.
Keep the readiness email for its confirmed details. The current policy does not let this guide supply a delivery charge or speed in advance. We will not invent one to make the sequence look tidier.
4. Delivery and tracking
The policy offers delivery anywhere in India with a PIN code. International shipping is not available yet; write to us if you want it. Each piece is checked and packed by hand before it goes.
Tracking is emailed when the parcel is picked up. That is a later step, after readiness and payment. Receiving a reservation confirmation is not the same as receiving tracking information.
5. If the piece arrives damaged
If it arrives chipped, cracked or otherwise not as it should be, email [email protected] within seven days of delivery. Include a photo of the piece and the box. The policy says we will make it right; this guide does not substitute a narrower or different remedy.
Small differences in grain, colour and finish are part of hand-turned objects, not defects under the policy. Damage and ordinary material variation are different situations. Describe what happened and include clear photographs so we can respond to the actual problem.
6. If you change your mind after payment
You can return an unused piece in its original box within seven days of delivery. Write first so we can arrange pickup. That is the policy’s stated return condition.
We are not adding a refund speed, a free-return promise or a courier fee rule that the page does not state. Check the policy for updates before paying.
The terms and privacy policy explain the other conditions and how reservation details are handled. Gubbi Art Club has a separate site for workshops; this object reservation sequence is not a workshop booking policy.
